Temporary/Temp To Hire

Temporary employees are hired to assist employers to meet business demands yet allow the employer to avoid the cost of hiring a regular employee. Sometimes, it is the expectation of the employer that if the temporary employee is successful, the employer will hire the temporary employee.

We administer payroll services efficiently and seamlessly, ensuring you of professional and reliable handling of every associate, and removing that burden so that you can concentrate on your core business.

 

Contract Staffing

These are positions where the employer would like a full time employee, but does not want to commit to a permanent offer up front.  During the temp to hire period, the employee is considered working for the staffing firm and paid by the staffing firm.

Workforce Management

After employees have been hired, the "workforce" needs to be managed so that they know what to work on. Typical areas of focus include scheduling employees work hours, planning work responsibilities and duties, working as a team, and tracking results of the work efforts. Also called employee relationship management.

Permanent and Direct Hire

Direct hire positions are permanent, usually full time positions with benefits. A direct hire position is one in which the client company utilizes the staffing company to find the talent, then hires them directly. A candidate offered a direct hire position is not an employee of the staffing company, but goes directly on the client company payroll.

On site Services

On-Site Managers submit qualified candidates to hiring authorities, coordinate interview schedules, and interview candidates. They coordinate drug screens and background screens, and handle all new hire paperwork. They track client property, and attend weekly on-site meetings as necessary. They also identify openings, manage advertising and web posting responses, and evaluate staffing strategies and plans as well.
